Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 4, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
A&R Strategic Solutions, LLC ("A&R", "we", "us", or "our") is a veteran-led consulting, government contracting (GovCon), and technology and software firm organized as a Nevada limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website located at https://arssconsulting.com (the "Site") and any communications you send to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to being transparent about our limited information practices.
Our Site is a single-page, static marketing website. It does not offer accounts, user registration, online forms, e-commerce, or any interactive feature that collects personal information from visitors. This Policy applies to information relating to your use of the Site and to inquiries you choose to send us by email or telephone. It does not apply to the practices of any third party that we do not own or control.
By using the Site or contacting us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Because the Site is a static marketing page with no forms, accounts, or e-commerce functionality, we collect very little information. The categories of information involved are limited to the following.
2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide
If you choose to contact us directly by email at info@arssconsulting.com or by telephone at (775) 900-4546, you may provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, business or organization name, and the contents of your message. We receive this information only because you elect to send it to us, and we use it solely to respond to and manage your inquiry.
2.2 Server Log Information Maintained by Our Hosting Provider
Our Site is hosted by Netlify. As is standard for virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically generate and retain server log records when the Site is accessed. These records may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, referring pages, and similar technical details. This information is processed by our hosting provider in the course of delivering and securing the Site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with other information to build profiles of you.
2.3 IP Address Exposure to Third-Party Resource Providers
When your browser loads the Site, it requests certain resources that are delivered by third parties. Specifically, the Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and a background hero video from Amazon CloudFront (d8j0ntlcm91z4.cloudfront.net), with a locally hosted video file used as a fallback. When your browser requests these resources, it necessarily transmits your IP address and standard request headers to the applicable third-party provider so that the resource can be delivered. This exposure is inherent to how web browsers retrieve externally hosted content and is not a deliberate collection of information by us. These providers process such information under their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above only for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you regarding your questions, requests, or potential engagements;
- To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Site, including through the technical log records generated by our hosting provider;
- To deliver the visual and multimedia elements of the Site, including fonts and the background video, through third-party resource providers; and
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and to protect our legal rights.
We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not set cookies. We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, web beacons, session-recording tools, or similar tracking technologies, and we do not store information on your device for tracking purposes. We do not track your activity across other websites or over time.
Please note that when your browser retrieves resources from the third-party providers identified in this Policy, those providers may, under their own terms, use technologies of their own. Any such activity is governed by the respective third party's privacy practices and not by us.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to host and display the Site. We do not sell or share personal information with these providers for their own marketing purposes; their involvement is limited to delivering the Site to you.
- Netlify provides hosting and content delivery for the Site and may maintain server log records as described above.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) delivers the typefaces used on the Site. Your browser's request for these fonts exposes your IP address to Google.
- Amazon CloudFront (d8j0ntlcm91z4.cloudfront.net) delivers the background hero video. Your browser's request for this video exposes your IP address to Amazon Web Services. A locally hosted video file serves as a fallback if the content-delivery source is unavailable.
- LinkedIn. The Site includes a link to our company page on LinkedIn. If you follow that link, you will leave our Site and be subject to LinkedIn's own privacy policy and terms. We are not responsible for the practices of LinkedIn or any other site we link to.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties to understand how they handle information.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we have not done so. We do not disclose information about you to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers. We may rely on trusted service providers, such as our hosting and content-delivery providers, who process technical information solely to operate and secure the Site on our behalf.
- Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others, or to investigate potential violations.
- Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments of this Policy.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures designed to protect the limited information we handle against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. The Site is served over secure connections, and our hosting provider maintains its own security safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect information sent to us, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and any transmission of information to us is at your own risk. You should avoid sending sensitive information to us by email.
8. Data Retention
We retain information you voluntarily provide by email or telephone only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage your inquiry, to maintain a record of our communications, and to comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or archived in accordance with our ordinary business practices. Server log records are retained by our hosting provider in accordance with its own retention practices.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Because we operate a static marketing site and hold very little personal information, some of these rights may have limited application to us.
9.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may afford you rights to request access to the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of your personal information, to request correction of inaccurate personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit. To exercise any applicable right, contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. We will verify your request as required by law before responding.
9.2 Nevada Residents
Under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, Nevada residents have the right to submit a verified request directing a covered operator not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information about our website visitors, and we have no plans to do so. If you would like to submit such a request, you may contact us using the information below.
9.3 Other Jurisdictions
Residents of other states or jurisdictions may have similar rights under applicable law. We will honor valid, verifiable requests to the extent required by the laws applicable to you.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because the Site does not track visitors across websites or over time and does not use analytics or advertising technologies, our practices are consistent with respecting your privacy regardless of any DNT setting. We do not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the Effective Date shown at the top of this Policy and post the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
13. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute shall lie in the state and federal courts located in the State of Nevada.
