Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: August 4, 2026
This Accessibility Statement applies to the website located at https://arssconsulting.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by A&R Strategic Solutions, LLC ("A&R", "we", "us", or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company founded in 2026.
Our Commitment
A&R is committed to ensuring that its digital presence is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. As a veteran-led consulting, government contracting (GovCon), and technology and software firm, we regard accessibility not only as a legal and professional obligation but as an essential part of serving our clients and the public. We strive to provide a website that can be perceived, operated, understood, and accessed by all visitors regardless of ability, technology, or the assistive tools they rely upon.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and widely recognized in the United States as the benchmark for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a broad range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
The Site is a single-page, static marketing website. It does not contain forms, user accounts, e-commerce functionality, or interactive transactions. We describe our conformance as "partially conformant," which means that while we have made substantial efforts to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, some portions of the content may not yet fully align with every applicable success criterion. We continue to review and improve the Site over time.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility, A&R takes the following measures in the design, development, and maintenance of the Site:
- We incorporate accessibility considerations into our design and development practices.
- We use semantic HTML structure and descriptive text to support navigation and comprehension.
- We provide text alternatives and accessible labeling for meaningful non-text content, and we treat purely decorative elements as decorative so they are not announced by assistive technology.
- We aim to maintain sufficient color contrast and legible typography throughout the Site.
- We design interactive and navigational elements to be operable using a keyboard.
- We honor the operating-system and browser preference for reduced motion, so that visitors who prefer minimized animation experience a calmer presentation.
- We periodically review the Site and address accessibility issues that are identified through internal review or user feedback.
Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology
The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of widely used web browsers, including recent releases of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari, on both desktop and mobile devices. It is intended to work with common assistive technologies, such as screen readers and browser-based accessibility features, when used together with a supported browser.
Accessibility depends in part on the technologies and configurations used by each visitor. The Site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled or unsupported, some presentation elements may not display as intended. We recommend using an up-to-date browser and assistive technology for the best experience.
Known Limitations
Despite our ongoing efforts, some known limitations remain. We describe them here for transparency and are working to reduce or eliminate them:
- Background video and decorative motion. The Site includes a decorative background hero video and other decorative motion effects that are presentational in nature and convey no essential information. To reduce the potential for discomfort or distraction, these effects respect the visitor's "prefers-reduced-motion" system setting; when that preference is enabled, motion is minimized or suppressed.
- Third-party content. The Site loads certain resources hosted by third parties, including web fonts served by Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and the background hero video delivered through Amazon CloudFront (d8j0ntlcm91z4.cloudfront.net), with a locally hosted video file used as a fallback. The Site is hosted on Netlify and links to our company page on LinkedIn. We do not control the accessibility of content, services, or destinations operated by these third parties, and their accessibility may vary. We select service providers that we believe support a quality experience, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of external platforms.
For clarity, the Site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. It does not collect personal information through forms, accounts, or e-commerce features, because it offers none. Our data collection through the Site is therefore minimal.
Feedback and How to Report an Issue
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need information from the Site provided in an alternative format, please contact us using the details below and include the following where possible:

Where content cannot immediately be made accessible, we will work with you to provide the information through an alternative means.
